Inspired by the French recipe, the Classic Japan is brewed in collaboration with a local sake brewery in Yamagata to the same specifications of its Parisian counterpart.

Using table rice with a 90% polishing ratio, White Koji, and Sake yeast No.9 this sake is creamy and sweet with refreshing acidity and natural umami flavour. It embodies the perfect balance of tradition and innovation, offering a smooth and harmonious drinking experience. Best served with Ceviche, marinated fish, eggs and spring vegetables (asparagus, artichokes).
