A truly craft spirit from start to finish its origins start 60 metres underground from a pure, mineral rich water supply under Mt Haigamine located in the picturesque city of Kure in the Hiroshima Prefecture.

Created with a minimalist philosophy and distilled using three carefully chosen botanicals: juniper, ginger, and Japanese citrus (yuzu + amanatsu orange) . Each element is allowed to shine distinctly, resulting in a gin that is elegant, balanced, and unmistakably Japanese in character.
